Justine joined Pelo Loco in June 2010 just as she was graduating from Miles Macdonell 3 year cosmetology program. Although fairly new to the industry, her choice of schooling gave her the opportunity to start working on clients very early in her program. She is creative and Justine graduated in the top of her class and with the guidance of some of Pelo Loco’s most experienced stylists is well on her way to becoming yet another fantastic stylist here at Pelo Loco.
